How to Play

Enable the pack in World Settings and hold a spear with the Lunge enchant in your main hand. Press the attack button to jab. Every jab dashes you forward horizontally, including jabs that hit only air. Holding right click only braces the spear and never dashes.

How to Use Features

Dash Formula

Each dash equals base x Lunge level x step. Defaults are base x3 and step x1, so Lunge I dashes x3, Lunge II dashes x6, and Lunge III dashes x9. A spear without Lunge never dashes.

Commands

• /tc:spear - Dash instantly with your current settings. Works without a target.
• /tc:spearsettings - Open the settings menu: base multiplier, Lunge step, slow falling duration, height boost toggle, max height, and chat message toggle.
• /tc:spear2, /tc:spear3, /tc:spear5, /tc:spear7, /tc:spear10 - Set the base multiplier directly.

Settings

• Base multiplier: x2, x3, x5, x7, x10, x15, x20. Default x3.
• Lunge step: x1, x2, x4, x5, x7, x10. Default x1.
• Slow falling after dash: 0s (off), 3s, 6s, 9s. Default 3s. Only applies with a Lunge spear.
• Height boost: on or off. Default off. When on, the dash gains lift following your view pitch and is capped at the max height above the dash start point.
• Max height: +2, +4, +6, +10 blocks. Default +2.
• Chat message on dash: on or off. Default off.

Tips

• Aim horizontally and jump before jabbing for the longest flight. Gravity pulls you down after each dash.
• Netherite spears have the fastest jab cooldown, so they chain dashes best.
• There is a short 600ms cooldown between dashes to prevent one jab from triggering multiple dashes.

How to Install

1. Download TC_SpearBoost_v1.0.0.mcpack.
2. Open the file to import the behavior pack into Minecraft.
3. Create a new world or edit an existing world. Enable TC Spear Boost (BP) in Behavior Packs.
4. Enable Beta APIs in Experiments. Keep cheats off if you want achievements.
5. Join the world, enchant a spear with Lunge, and run /tc:spearsettings.

Notes

• Requires Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.30 or later and Beta APIs enabled.
• This release is a single behavior pack. No resource pack is required.
• Dash requires a Lunge enchant on the held spear. Check your settings if nothing happens.
• Do not modify manifest.json UUIDs or dependencies. Keep the original folder structure.
• Re-importing will overwrite the previous version. Keep backups of worlds.
