Java-like Hunger

allows parity between bedrock and java hunger, saturation, exhaustion. that it

works with achivments, doesn't need beta apis

the command /scriptevent jhs:hud toggle toggles live hunger, saturation and exahstion monitoring for debuging purposes (requires cheats to be on)

works with modded food items.

(note: disables natural regen,  re enable it if your planing to rmove the mod)
