Anti combat log system pvp tracking system customizable tp the point of non-recognition

- /cmconfig | /cmgui | /combatsettings : opens a mini configuration GUI
- /cmreload : reloads config
actual config:
you can use /cmconfig to edit settings but its only surface level stuff, to actually edit the config you need to edit /scripts/config.js, there you can truly make this yours.
