Add new commands

• /allplayernames <hide: true/false>
  • Hide or visible all player names
• /playername <player: target> <hide: true/false>
  • Hide or visible specific player name
  • If /allplayernames is true, this command cannot be used!
• /lang <language: EN/ID/PH/RU/TH>
  
  • Choose your language
