Fixes a bug that has been into the game for almost 6 years Wich gives the boats 40HP (20 hearts) this script simply fix it

This simple script fixes a bug that has been reported since 2020 (nearly 6 years ago) this bug makes all types of boats get 40 Heath points (20 hearts) Wich Makes the boats harder to destroy than java edition this script uses an optimized script to fix that and adding one feature Wich is if the player uses any type of axe the boat will be destroyed instinly (just like java edition) making it so much easier to break your boat after saling with it

Note: this bug has been fixed in the latest bedrock preview version 26.40.26 any verson above that you don't need this addon
