### 1. Protected Work

This add-on, "Yacht Dice for MC-Bedrock Edition" (Korean title: 마크다이스), including its official map, is an original work protected by copyright law. Protection covers, without limitation:

- **Behavior pack**
  - All script source code, in any form: original, compiled, bundled, minified, or obfuscated.
  - Game logic, rules implementation, AI logic, and algorithms.
  - Entity, item, and block definitions, and all other data files.
- **Resource pack**
  - Textures, icons, models, animations, and particles.
  - JSON UI layouts, loading-screen artwork, sounds, and texts/translations.
  - Every other asset contained in the pack.

### 2. What You May Do

You may download and play this add-on and its official map **only for personal, non-commercial purposes**, and **only in the unmodified form** distributed by the copyright holder through official channels. The only exception to the non-commercial limit is the content-creator permission in Section 2-1. No other right or license is granted, whether expressly or by implication.

### 2-1. Content Creators (Videos and Live Streams)

YouTubers, TikTokers, streamers, and other video creators may use this map in their content **without asking for permission**, subject to the conditions below.

- **Allowed content**: gameplay videos, Shorts/Reels, and live streams on any platform (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, etc.) that show the unmodified map being played.
- **Monetization**: you may earn revenue from that content, including ad revenue, sponsorships, channel memberships, and donations.
- **Credit**: mentioning the map or linking to the official download page is appreciated, but not required.
- **Conditions**: this permission does **not** allow you to
  - share the map or add-on files, directly or through your own download links (send viewers to the official download page instead);
  - make content that shows how to extract, modify, deobfuscate, or reverse engineer the map or its add-on;
  - present the map, or any part of it, as your own creation.

All other restrictions in Section 3 still apply.

### 3. STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION

1. **Using the behavior pack's source code**: copying, extracting, or reusing any part of the scripts, code, logic, or data in any other add-on, map, server, plugin, program, or project.
2. **Reverse engineering**: decompiling, deobfuscating, disassembling, reformatting for analysis, or otherwise attempting to recover, reconstruct, or understand the source code. The scripts are intentionally obfuscated, and any attempt to circumvent this protection is expressly prohibited.
3. **Using the resource pack**: extracting, copying, using, or redistributing any texture, model, UI, loading screen, icon, sound, or other asset, in whole or in part, in any other work. Showing the map as it appears during gameplay in content under Section 2-1 is not a violation.
4. **Modification**: modifying, translating, re-skinning, porting, or creating derivative works of any kind.
5. **Redistribution**: re-uploading, mirroring, reposting, or sharing the files on any website, server, cloud storage, marketplace, or community, including through ad-gated or shortened links.
6. **Commercial use**: selling, renting, sublicensing, bundling, or using it in any commercial or monetized product or service. Exception: monetized videos and live streams under Section 2-1.
7. **Tampering with notices**: removing, hiding, or altering this notice, the credits, or the copyright mark shown on the loading screens.
8. **AI and data use**: using any part of the add-on to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning or AI models, or to build datasets.
9. **Plagiarism**: presenting this work, or any part of it, as your own.

### 4. Enforcement

Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement under applicable law, including the Copyright Act of the Republic of Korea and international treaties such as the Berne Convention. The copyright holder monitors unauthorized use and **will actively enforce its rights without further notice**. Enforcement may include:

- takedown notices (including DMCA notices) and reports to platforms;
- claims for damages;
- civil and criminal legal action.

### 5. Third-Party Rights

- **Minecraft**: Minecraft and all Minecraft names, assets, and trademarks belong to Mojang AB and Microsoft. Any Minecraft-derived elements that appear in this add-on or its artwork remain their property and are not claimed by the copyright holder. NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.
- **Fonts**: The fonts used to create the loading-screen artwork (Merriweather, Noto Serif KR/JP/SC/TC) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remain the property of their respective authors. No font files are included in this add-on.

### 6. Permission Requests

To request any use beyond Sections 2 and 2-1, contact the copyright holder through the official distribution channel **before** any use. Silence is not permission.

If the English and Korean versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
