1.1 Update Bug Fixes:
-Fixed Manifest File for Raid Arena II Behavior Pack to require the proper dependencies.
-Katana dashes no longer check if blocks behind the player are safe to dash to.
-Blinding Staff no longer will teleport players into blocks.
-Stamina when crouching now regenerates at the proper rate (x2 faster than standing).
*Raid Arena II now uses Raid's Stuff version 7.6
