Reversed the games breathing mechanics completely.

Added infinite water breathing for all players in the world.

Implemented a 15 second land breath timer before suffocation starts.

Added heavy damage of 2 hearts every 2 seconds when drowning on land.

Added custom sound effects for heartbeat warnings and water relief.

Gave a custom UI book to all new players on their first spawn.

Created a stats menu accessible by sneaking with the custom book.

Added milestone rewards that give iron diamonds and emeralds for land survival.

Added global server announcements for reaching 10 and 30 minute milestones.

Locked the entire world to survival mode to prevent cheating.
