• Triceratops: Heavy tank and battle mount. Tame with wheat (25% chance). High durability, absorbs damage, and defends against hostiles.
• Ankylosaurus: Armored defense beast. Tame with fossil fragments. Heavy defensive shell and devastating tail smash.
• Woolly Mammoth: Colossal tundra beast found in Norse regions. Rideable with high health pool and trampling power.

To experience all custom biomes, bosses, and scripted mechanics:

1. Download Veils-of-ages-v1.9.mcaddon (or install the separate BP and RP packs).
2. Apply the Veils of Ages Behavior Pack and Resource Pack to your world.
3. In World Settings > Experiments, ensure these toggles are enabled:
   • Custom Biomes
   • Beta APIs
4. Set your Render Distance between 8 to 16 chunks for optimal performance and clear atmospheric horizons.

Q: Can I run this on mobile or lower-end devices?

Yes! Veils of Ages is heavily optimized. We recommend at least 4GB–6GB+ of RAM and keeping render distance at 8–10 chunks for a smooth 60 FPS experience.

Q: How do custom biomes and structures spawn in survival?

In v1.9, natural hill and variant generations now transform into authentic ancient Veils biomes, and over 105 structures spawn naturally across both ancient biomes and matching vanilla biomes (e.g. Greek ruins in plains, Egyptian crypts in deserts, Norse shrines in taigas).

Q: Is there any blinding fog?

No. The fog engine has been completely revamped to scale with your render distance. 85% of your view distance is 100% crystal-clear, with a soft atmospheric tint on distant horizons.
