Universal Item Permissions

This mod allows you to scan any item in the game, create a profile for it, and choose which players can or can't have it. When you disallow a player from having an item, it simply disappears or drops from their inventory the moment they pick it up! The same occurs if they craft the item; it vanishes from sight or drops. You can use this mod's scan feature, which includes an ID add wizard to scan entities or items in your hotbar and profile them. This lets you select which players (online or offline) can have the item in their inventory or hotbar. For your custom items, you can scan the ID, name it in the database, and give it an icon from a premade selection for convenience, allowing you to easily moderate servers or realms and keep people in line or ban items you don't want your player base to have, making moderation much easier.
