When you receive damage that would normally kill you:

• Damage Cancelled — The fatal blow is completely negated.
• Item Consumed — Exactly 1 item from your main-hand stack is sacrificed.
• Health Restored — Your health is set to 1 HP.
• Buffs Granted — Emergency survival effects trigger instantly.
• Visuals & Audio — Vanilla-style Totem of Undying particles and sounds play.
• Survival Alert — A unique survival message appears on your screen.
