A Tinkerer's Legacy: Armory Additions

Additions:

• All tLegacy gear has been updated to use the corresponding vanilla item tags
  • This change allows for other addons to properly identify and apply effects to tLegacy gear! (ie. Glyphbound),

Changes:

• Copper armor is now craftable in the base Crafting Table,
• Buffed Electrum durability,
• Slightly nerfed Lead durability,
• Slightly buffed Silver durability,
• Nerfed Steel durability,
• Nerfed Paladin Chestplate durability,
• Slightly nerfed Ranger Chestplate durability,

Fixes:

• Copper items have had their palette and stats updated to match Vanilla,
• All armor now uses the Vanilla durability calculation, which resulted in some gear changing slightly
