Completely changed Timberland Generation

Fixed slow generation and bedrock edges showing

Fixed Stake not spawning

Fixed Entities not spawning

Fixed The Ash transformation sounds

Added fog and particles

Added new entity (doesn't spawn yet, will be fixed in v3 HOTFIX)

Added floor generation (5 floors currently exist)

Fixed death test (removes Timberland scoreboards on death)

Added the 'Vivid Nights' track to floor 5 (Credits to James Everingham)
