Timberland.jar | Bedrock Edition ARG

 

This add-on was made by mostly me, with some help from my friends.

 

 

This Add-On does NOT use any experiments, but it does change world generation to match Alpha Minecraft, so I wouldn't reccomend using this on a world you love and care about.

 

 

Three friends had gotten their hands on a pirated version of Minecraft Pocket Edition, otherwise known as Bedrock Edition. They had been playing for a while, built a huge wooden house, etc. Until they started seeing strange figures show up. They looked like they were made of oak planks, and when one friend... and the other friend... went missing, it was only a matter of time before what they called [The Stake] would take the last player to a never ending labyrinthine of wooden hallways and corridors.

 

 

- Added custom dimensions using the custom dimension API.

- Added Vibrant Visuals support (although fancy or simple graphics are preferred).

- Fixed the teleporting from different dimensions issue that causes all Timberland effects to not play or show.

- Added new sub-dimension: Floor -1

- Added new entity: The Mass

- Changed the colors of the fogs in floors 1, 2, and 3.

- Added the floor's names: The Complex, Windowed Complex, Labyrinthine, Megalophobia, The Oasis, and The Windoworld.

- Added new command to quickly travel between the Timberland Dimensions (cheats only): /mewo_timberland:timbertravel.

- Changed Timberland worldgen to be quicker and less laggy

 

 

- Changes world generation to match Alpha Minecraft.

- Adds 7 new entities [see The Entities]

- Adds new dimensions

- Does not change existing textures [see Other]

 

 

- The Stake: The Stake will spawn randomly in your world, on a condition; that it spawns ONLY on wood blocks. When it spawns, it will either despawn when you get close to it, or chase you until it takes you.

- The Planck: Yes it is spelled correctly. In the lore, the Planck is what has become of the third taken friend, transformed into wood with censored eyes. In the game, it will always chase you and it can sometimes open doors.

- The Ash: The Ash is the most deadly, but most rare. It spawns from a Planck when it is lit on fire. Then it runs on all fours, charred and angry.

- (NEW) The Aspen: Spawns (doesn't) on floor 4. Very big, acts the same as the Stake for now.

- (NEW) The Mass: An entity of unknown origin who controls the windows and the entities of the Timberland. The Mass resides in the Windoworld sub-dimension and will chase down any player who is sent to the Windoworld. The entrance to the Windoworld is unknown.

 

 

- The Timberland: Lucky for the endermen, this dimension is no longer using The End dimension as the Timberland. It now runs on the Custom Dimension API. Once the Stake takes you, you will be teleported to this dimension. There are five 'floors' and one sub-dimension that are more dangerous than the last, however the last floor is very peaceful. The Complex, Windowed Complex, Labyrinthine, Megalophobia, The Oasis, and The Windoworld are all very dangerous in their own ways.

 

 

- There is a new music disc that can be collected, it is called Chatoyancy, (made by yours truly, Mewo3173 :3) and the only way to obtain it is to slay an Aspen that resides in Megalophobia. This Add-On will be receiving updates soon so don't expect anything crazy, since the Add-On is in beta. I would like some feedback to help make it better!

 

 

- The Chatoyancy music disc is named after a real life phenomena where wood and planks display a luminous, shifting band or three-dimensional shimmering effect as light and viewing angles change, which is similar to the sound of the record :3
