Team Party Reborn — Achievement Friendly

WHAT'S NEW!

This version updates the core module of the addon in order to work on the latest version. It also updates the item icon, some features like force delete teams included on admin settings and removes initial spawn item distribution.

1. ITEM ICON: Added a resourcepack for team manager book changing its icon from noraml book to custom texture.
2. ADMIN SETTINGS: Added a new feature where admin (operator) can forcibly delete inactive teams from the server.
3. ITEM DISTRIBUTION: When first login and spawning from death, it automatically gives the Team Manager book to the player unlike the previous version which is limited only to initial spawn.
