Steve quest reforged

This addon is inspired by Favermysabre's Rainbow quest series and adds the weapons, armor and items as well as the mobs from it.

(This is technically 1.3.1 since the original 1.3 was removed due to a major but I noticed last second)

-Fixed an issue with function commands being missing

-Adjusted spawn rates of some steves

-Added Ghost Steve

-Added Faceless

-Added darkness infection

-Added dark elite

-Fixed dark guard texture

-Fixed Colorless guard eyes

-Added new spawn egg textures

-Removed biome placers

-Added essences which can create biomes if used in the off hand with their respective crystals

-Removed cursed heart varients

-Removed genesis heart varients

-Added new Heart of genesis (Standing on grass spawns forest steves, on sand spawns desert steves, standing in water spawns ocean steves)

-Added new Cursed heart (standing on Obsidian spawns obsidian steves, on deepslate diamond spawns diamond steves)

-Fixed a bug where steves and darkness would attack each other for no reason

-Added new varient of light stone

-Light and rainbow crystal can now cure darkness if super condensed light stone is in off hand
