Spidi's Leaf Decay

How To:
Simply chop down a tree as you normally would and the leaves that were attached to it will disappear a lot quicker, maintaining normal drops as if you had either destroyed the leaves yourself, or they decayed naturally.

Developers:
This will affect any Log / Leaf combination that has '_log' or '_leaves' in the ID of the block. e.g. for vanilla spruce logs and leaves it would be 'minecraft:spruce_log' and 'minecraft:spruce_leaves'.
