Server Transfer List

Added Sperated Public server entries and staff server listings they are in thier own actual sections.

Added 3 tag permission system
Owner, Admin, and Staff

Owner FULL access to all functions in the menus. able to make Owner only server listings
Admin Can make server listings, edit servers listings, and use public server listings and Staff server listings. Admins and lower are not able to see Owner only server listings.
Staff can use public and staff only server sections. Staff are not able to edit, or make server listings.

Added Black and white mode. Removes all the colors on all the text in the menus
Added Puppet Mode This toggle turns all buttons and titles pruple. This was added for a friend that loves purple :)
Added Added a toggle in settings to apply a confirmation screen before transfering to a server

Added colors to most text in the addon :D
