# Scribe’s Seal: Villager Trading Reimagined / Trade Cycle

Scribe’s Seal is a Minecraft Bedrock addon that makes villager trading smoother while keeping the vanilla trading experience.

Instead of repeatedly breaking and placing workstations to hunt for the right trades, this addon adds two special seals that let players control villager rerolls in a more convenient and immersive way.

You still pay resources, but you save your time.

## Features

### Tradesmith’s Seal

The Tradesmith’s Seal is a reusable villager trade reroll item.

Use it while sneaking on a villager with a nearby workstation. The villager will reroll based on the closest workstation.

- Barrel → Fisherman
- Grindstone → Weaponsmith
- Smithing Table → Toolsmith
- Blast Furnace → Armorer
- Smoker → Butcher
- Cartography Table → Cartographer

- Cauldron → Leatherworker
- Stonecutter → Mason
- Loom → Shepherd

The Tradesmith’s Seal has durability and can be used multiple times before breaking.

### Master Scribe’s Seal

The Master Scribe’s Seal is a special Librarian-focused seal.

Use it near a villager and a lectern to choose the enchanted book you want the Librarian to offer as their first enchanted-book trade.

After selecting a book, the Librarian still uses the normal vanilla villager trade screen.

## Why Use This Addon?

Vanilla villager trading often means:

- Place workstation
- Check trade
- Break workstation
- Place it again
- Repeat until you get what you want
- You can automate it by using sticky piston, but still add few movements.

Scribe’s Seal replaces that time sink with a fair resource cost.

It does not remove the survival cost. It removes the repetitive waiting and workstation spam.

## How to Use

### Tradesmith’s Seal

1. Place the villager’s workstation nearby.
2. Hold the Tradesmith’s Seal.
3. Sneak and interact with the villager.
4. The villager rerolls based on the nearest workstation.
5. Open the villager normally to check the new trades.

### Master Scribe’s Seal

1. Place a lectern near the villager.
2. Hold the Master Scribe’s Seal.
3. Sneak and interact with the villager.
4. Choose the enchanted book you want.
5. Open the Librarian normally to trade.

## Notes

- The Tradesmith’s Seal works with multiple villager workstations.
- The Master Scribe’s Seal is focused on Librarian enchanted books.
- A lectern is required nearby for the Master Scribe’s Seal.
- Villagers still use the normal vanilla trade screen.
- Behavior Pack and Resource Pack must both be enabled.
