Fixes v1.1
-Fixed the player teleporting inside blocks when using the blink ability
-Fixed player unable to pass through certain stuff when blinking (Now Configurable in the Scripts!!!)
Additions v1.1
-Added stone drag sounds when moving
-Added Tantrum Puddle that slows people
-Added tag "scp" to be ignored by the scripts (Players that have the tag "scp" won't be affected by neck snapping. Also when looking at 173 players will not freeze them to avoid Team Griefing)
