General
- Transferred the Brewing Potion process over to the new multi-craft system.
- You can no longer add signatures onto potions you brew.
- The only acceptable fuel sources for smelting/salvaging has been locked to coal/charcoal. Note: This isn't exactly a limitation, but my intentions for the new crafting system was to make everything a streamlined process on the development side so this can be used for all crafting systems. Allowing users to select specific fuel sources and quantifying their values in the crafting process became unrealistic when I was standardizing the system.
- Coal ore generation has been slightly increased across all dimensions.
- The Agility Skillcape has had its visuals improved.
- The Fletching Skillcape has been added.
- The Spyglass can now be used to determine if an ore block is a mimic.
Bug Fixes
- The Wither particle effect now correctly shows when wither damage is taken.
- Several ore related recipes that still existed for the Furnace are now properly disabled.
- The Dirt Party Hat is now correctly named.
- Fixed incorrect/incomplete names of items obtained by stealing from Nitwit Villagers.
- The Stray and Parched once again spawn with Bows.
- The Bow charging speed is no longer extremely fast.
- Skeletons no longer kill you in two shots. Note: I mistakenly had them doing as much damage as the player. Skeletons should now do quite a bit less damage. A future update will adjust their damage to properly account for their enchantments.
- Corrected several instances of color codes on the new crafting system that indicated that you had enough materials to craft an item when you did not.
- Fixed a bug that would cause the "Crafting Cancelled" text to display if you were to immediately interact with another crafting block after just finishing a craft.
- Fixed a game breaking crash that was caused if the player were to receive the health boost effect and heal over the max built in health value of 40.
- Noted Bows are now correctly named.
- Corrected a display bug when showing your stats at Fletching level 120.
- Fixed a bug allowing players to use tools/equipment that they do not meet the level requirements for.
- Corrected the attack animation for Shades.
- Prayers cannot be activated when interacting with a Fletching Table while hold a Prayer Book.
- Shade's will no longer be invisible if a texture pack adding textures to Zombie's is applied to a world.
- Fixed text mistakes for Black, Mithril, and Adamant Ingots.
- Fixed item detail mistake for the Mace.
- The Spyglass biome detection/info providing feature once again works.
- Fixed several loot tables for chests.
Ore Mimics/Ore Sensors
Ore Mimics are a hostile mob that can spawn in Overworld caves, the Nether, and the End. When they spawn, they mimic the base block (Stone, Deepslate, Netherrack, End Stone) of the area they are in. They then search for nearby ore of that type to mimic and blend in with. Hitting a Mimic block will wake up the Mimic and turn it hostile. Killing an Ore Mimic will drop a related material based on what it turned into.
- Added the Ore Mimic to RuneCraft.
- Stats/Traits:
- Health: 20
- Runs from players while passive
- Does not take fall damage/fire damage
- There is a 1/30 chance when killing an Ore Mimic to obtain an Ore Sensor.
Ore sensors are a new drop that can be obtained from Ore Mimics. When used, they detect nearby Ore of their type within a 10 block radius of the player. While active, Ore Sensors apply a drain of 0.2 Prayer per second to the player.
- Added the Ore Sensor to RuneCraft.
- Requires level 10 Prayer and an equivalent Mining level that would be needed to mine that ore to use.
- Drops from Ore Mimics
- Note: Offhand support will not be available with the release of 1.5.6, but will be activated in a future update post Minecraft's 1.26.30 stable update.
