Custom Commands

With new capabilities, the team's system is being removed in favor of fully functioning party systems. In addition to this, a friends system is being integrated, and the long fabled leaderboards command is back! Regarding limitations, The systems were designed to be able to handle ~5000 players max to have existed on a world, which should be able to handle nearly all situations where people would be playing RuneCraft.

Additionally, there is a major bug at the moment causing custom commands requiring a player selector to tell the player that they do not have the required permissions to use the command. Unfortunately, there is no way around this and players will need to be op'd to gain access to them.
