RNEx-MAT is an add-on that adds a parallel accessory slot system, accessed via a button inside the inventory (without experimental APIs).
1.0.0-Beta:
Available slots:
Head, amulet, belt, hands, feet, back, ring, bracelet, backpack.
Do you want compatibility with this add-on?
You can review the code if you want, but I can't guarantee it's fully polished yet; please wait for the first stable version before integrating it confidently.
If your add-on depends on RNEx-MAT to work properly, add a warning message for players when it isn't installed. This way, no one will think their add-on is broken or, worse, be left with a half-working product without knowing why. This is a suggestion.
Extras
This add-on includes built-in compatibility with the Artefactos add-on, created by euforia_con_r.
For that compatibility to work, enable beta APIs in your world settings once you use the Artifacts add-on together with RNEx-MAT.

All rights reserved. Redistribution, repackaging, modification of this add-on, and its subsequent upload to another platform are prohibited.
Add-ons that use RNEx-MAT as a library/dependency (integrating its slot system) are allowed without permission, as long as they do not include a redistributed copy of this add-on.
How does the button work?
The button you see in your inventory uses a trick: when you press it, it drops the item you have in the first slot of the hotbar, detects it instantly, and returns it to you.
That "touch" is what opens the menu.
For it to work, you must have at least one item (any item) in the first slot of the hotbar. If you leave it empty, the button won't have anything to drop and the menu won't open.
I did it this way because of Bedrock limitations, okay? 😭🙏
1.0.0-Stable:
Much of the code was improved, making it easier to create add-ons compatible with this add-on. A configuration button with Spanish and English translations was also added. This also includes extra features such as adaptive inventory keeping, style name conveniences, including 3 ways to open the menu:
1.Classic: A simple button added to the inventory that depends on an item in the first slot of the same.
2.Item: An interactive item is added that you can hide by crouching and interacting with; it can mainly be recovered by crouching twice.
3.Double crouch: simply crouch twice and the menu will open, okay? :D
Please report any bugs or issues you find in the comments.
