It is forbidden to chop down trees on bedrock. (Starting with stable 1.4, the feature that prevents losing achievements when installing this addon inside worlds was implemented.)
A simple and faithful adaptation of Bedrock's classic no-punch tree-chopping system. You won't be able to chop down trees with your fists; you'll need an axe. Progress with flint tools before unlocking wooden and stone ones, just like in the original game.
This version is currently based on the popular 1.12.2 version of the Java mod.

Features:
You are not allowed to chop down trees to obtain wood; you must use an axe.
Flint tools (pickaxe, axe, knife) that can be crafted from flint obtained from gravel and sticks.
Stone, andesite, diorite, and granite are crafted from loose pieces, instead of finished blocks.
Recipes for wooden and stone tools are disabled until you progress in crafting flint tools.
Sheep no longer drop wool on death (shearing still works).
Works with the stable scripting API; you don't need to enable or disable the beta APIs.

· Compatible with the Nature, Timber Tales, and Raiyon's Tree Chopper / Capitator expansions.

· Within stable 1.4, a beta feature was implemented that attempts to detect woods from other addons without me needing to register them inside this addon's code.
