Raven Messengers [Discontinued]

Ever get that time where you want to send a friend a secret message or a gift? Maybe to send a terrifying message to your enemies? Well this addon brings in ravens that will deliver your message/gift to the player you want it to.

How to Obtain?

You can obtain one in the taiga biome since that will be the only place they spawn in. They spawn in groups, minimum is 2, maximum is 5. To tame one, here's the listed items they accept:

• Wheat seeds
• Pumpkin seeds
• Melon seeds
• Beetroot seeds
• Pitcher pod
• Torchflower seeds
• Sweet berries
• Glow berries
• Bread

How to Use?

When you have a raven tamed, you must sneak then interact at your raven to open the UI. The view storage allows you to see the ravens capacity which is set to only 1 for the time being but will be changed later in the future. The store bundle allows you to give your raven a bundle you have in your inventory. If the bundle doesn't have a name, it'll use its default name and same applies to the text color.

When the raven has the bundle, the raven can be seen with the color of the bundle The retrieve bundle allows you to get your bundle back from the raven. Or if you prefer a more manslaughter way it also drops it

Delivery

Ravens will be able to tp to the player you want to send the bundle too and if the player accepts, your raven comes back and the player gets the bundle (messages in chat appear to help guide or provide information about the deliver).

If the player hasn't accepted the deliver within a certain amount of time (8-12 seconds), the raven will come back to owner. If the player did accept but inventory is full, the raven will stay a bit longer (extra 5-10 seconds). You can also murder the raven if your wondering but I would not recommend it

Extra Information

• If the player you selected for the raven to send bundle to is near you, the raven will tp and not fly towards the player,
• If raven isn't in the same dimension with the receiver, the raven won't tp
• Raven will fly in groups and follow other ravens,
• Tamed ravens can sit and unsit,
• Ravens can stack on top of each other,
• Ravens don't breed,
• If a player who isn't the receiver tries taking bundle from raven, raven won't allow unless killed,
• A bug where you can store 2 bundles but won't probably be getting patched (future reasons)
