=====================================================================
New Features
=====================================================================
1 - Beetroots now give strength.
Consuming a beetroot will give you strength I for three seconds, and eating Beetroot Soup will give Strength II instead. This change was made to make Beetroots a more interesting food.
=====================================================================
2 - Bundle Emblems
The Bundle Emblem allows you to use hotbar slots for emblems. At level 1, the last 3 slots can be used; at level 2, the last 6; and at level 3, the whole hotbar can be used for emblems. Stacking more than three emblems does not do anything extra, though. Bundle Emblems can be found in villages.
=====================================================================
3 - Emblem Templates
To help with collecting emblems, you can now craft emblem templates using item frames and blaze powder. These templates can be used in place of an emblem when crafting. You need a specific item to craft the emblem you want:
- Arrow Emblem - Arrow
- Axe Emblem - Iron Axe
- Bundle Emblem - Bundle
- Dagger Emblem - Iron Dagger
- Leaf Emblem - Leaves
- Mace Emblem - Wind Charge
- Repeater Emblem - Redstone Repeater
- Shield Emblem - Resistance Shield
=====================================================================
4 - Food now displays what effects it gives in their item description
The item description of food will show the effects it will give and how much it will heal you for when eaten. The effects given show up in a similar style as potion bottles.
=====================================================================
5 - Ruby Apples
Ruby Apples and Enchanted Ruby Apples are now craftable and available to find in structures. They act like Golden Apples, but give Health Boost I and Instant Health II when consumed. An Enchanted Ruby Apple will give Health Boost III, Instant Health IV, Strength I (2:00), and Speed I (2:00) when consumed. Health Boost will last indefinitely unless a player drinks milk or dies. Eating multiple Ruby Apples will increase the health boost up to Health Boost III (+12 Health).
=====================================================================
Changed Features.
=====================================================================
1 - Blank scrolls are now craftable, but are no longer available in villager trades
Blank Scrolls can be crafted using paper and end rods. They craft as basic level 1 scrolls. Surrounding a level 4 scroll in gold in the crafting table will make a Blessed Scroll, and surrounding a level 1 scroll with soul sand will make a cursed scroll.
=====================================================================
2 - Cooked and baked food rebalancing.
Cooked food now gives +8HP when consumed and baked food now gives regeneration II (0:15) instead of regeneration I (0:30).
=====================================================================
3 - Dagger's Melee attack now removes resistance from a target.
This change was made in order to make them a more viable choice in PvP. The new bonus ability only needs one dagger to work too, so you can put it in your offhand slot!
=====================================================================
4 - Eating crops takes x2 less time to consume
Small buff since I nerfed the health they give
=====================================================================
5 - Increased Staff’s recovery and cooldown times.
Staffs now take longer in between each Melee attack and have a longer ability cooldown.
=====================================================================
6 - Mending books have returned to villager trades and fishing.
All villager trades have been reverted to their vanilla versions, and the fishing loot table is still being messed with, nothing has been removed anymore. This change was made in an effort to distance the add-on from being a complete rebalance of the vanilla game.
=====================================================================
7 - Raid’s Stuff’s consumables now only stack to 16.
This change was made for the vibes. 16 just looked better than 64.
=====================================================================
8 - Rotten Flesh now poisons you like raw meat
…it’s rotten flesh. What did you expect to happen?
=====================================================================
9 - Ruby Ore spawn rates have been increased
I doubled the spawn rate to account for the addition of Ruby Apples and their use in duplicating Emblems.
=====================================================================
Looking Into the Future.
=====================================================================
I want there to be very little difference between the main and “No Vanilla Changes” version of the Add-on. Future updates will continue to focus on allowing every new feature and item to be available without changing vanilla loot tables or mobs.
