5.1 Update: Stat Changes

• Tweaked recovery speed penalties to make heavy weapons (Halbreds, Battleaxes, Scythes) faster.
• Changed how item stats are calculated to allow for more weapon options in the future. Previously, custom stats on an item relied on four modifiers: material weight, material power, item weight, and item power. Now, each stat has its own material and item modifier, allowing for a more amount of different types of weapons to be represented in the future As a result of this, though, all items now have slightly different numbers than before. I tried to keep it similar.
• Minor bug fixes.
