Fix

Configs

• Offhand is now configurable through in-game world settings

(New) Offhand

• Allow players to double sneak to swap the behavior_packs hand and offhand
• work as intend Enchantments and item color still cannot be transferred due to API limitations that do not allow editing the offhand cleanly

(New) Harvest

• Allow players to hold a hoe and harvest crops with automatic seed replanting
• Hoe will lose durability* when destroying the crop in order to balance auto replanting
     * Durability is calculated based on the real Minecraft formula Loss = random < 1 / (level + 1)

Composter+

• Composter no longer uses a hard-coded vanilla list to check if an item is compostable, and now uses the official compostable item component
• Added bowl return logic inside hopper logic

Dev Side & Bug Fixes

• Fixed grammar in manifest.json
• Fixed concrete powder trying to spawn items in an unloaded chunk
• Fixed light blocks trying to place in an unloaded chunk
• Fixed shovel and hoe not working when a light block is above dirt-type blocks
• Bumped @minecraft in package.json from ^2.5.0 to ^2.6.0-beta.1.26.3-stable, giving developers more tools to work with
