This license applies to the PowerClash Minecraft Bedrock add-on and its original assets, including code, models, textures, animations, visual effects, and other included content, to the extent that the creator owns or is authorized to license those materials.

By downloading, installing, or using PowerClash, you agree to the following terms.

1. Personal Use

You may download, install, and use PowerClash for personal, non-commercial gameplay free of charge.

You may use the add-on in your own worlds and multiplayer sessions, provided you comply with this license.

2. Official Download and Redistribution

PowerClash must be downloaded from its official CurseForge project page or another source explicitly authorized by the creator.

You may share the link to the official PowerClash CurseForge project page.

You may not re-upload, mirror, redistribute, or publicly share the original add-on files on other websites, platforms, file-hosting services, or distribution channels without prior written permission from the creator.

Official Project Link Requirement

Whenever this license requires a link to PowerClash, you must provide a link to the official PowerClash project page on CurseForge.

The official project link must be obtained from the published project page. No placeholder or unofficial link may be presented as the official project link.

3. Modifications

You may make private modifications to PowerClash for your own personal use.

You may not publicly distribute, publish, sell, or share modified versions of PowerClash without prior written permission from the creator.

Permission to modify a private copy does not grant permission to redistribute either the original or modified files.

4. Commercial Use

You may not sell PowerClash, charge for access to its files, include it in a paid product, or otherwise commercially distribute the add-on itself without prior written permission from the creator.

Personal gameplay remains free.

This restriction does not automatically prohibit monetized videos or streams featuring PowerClash, subject to Section 7.

5. Reuse of Assets and Code

You may not reuse, extract, redistribute, or incorporate PowerClash's original code, models, textures, animations, visual effects, or other original assets into another add-on, mod, game, or commercial project without prior written permission from the creator.

Giving credit alone does not replace the requirement to obtain permission.

This section applies only to materials that the creator owns or is authorized to license and does not override third-party rights or licenses.

6. Authorized Releases and Special Conditions

The creator may grant written permission for specific uses, distributions, modifications, or derivative projects.

Any permission may include additional conditions agreed upon in writing. Permission granted for one purpose does not automatically grant permission for another purpose.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all other terms of this license remain in effect.

7. Videos, Streams, and Online Content

You may create, publish, stream, and monetize videos or other online content featuring PowerClash, including YouTube videos, provided that you:

- Credit the creator as mingogear4.

- Include a link to the official PowerClash CurseForge project page in the video description or the relevant content description.

- Do not claim that you created PowerClash yourself.

- Do not attach, re-upload, or distribute copies of the add-on files with your content unless you have prior written permission.

Monetization of video or streaming content is allowed under these conditions. This permission does not grant permission to sell or redistribute PowerClash itself or its original assets.

8. No Transfer of Ownership

Downloading, installing, or using PowerClash does not transfer ownership of the add-on or its original assets to you.

Except for the permissions explicitly granted in this license, all rights to the materials owned by the creator are reserved.

9. Third-Party Content

This license does not claim ownership of third-party materials, Minecraft, or other intellectual property belonging to their respective owners.

Any third-party material included in PowerClash remains subject to its applicable rights and license terms.

10. Termination of Permission

If you violate the terms of this license, the permissions granted to you may be terminated to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination does not remove any rights or obligations that applicable law says survive termination.

11. Disclaimer

PowerClash is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The creator makes no guarantees that the add-on will be error-free, compatible with every game version, or available without interruption.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

For permission to redistribute, publish modified versions, reuse original assets or code, or make other uses not allowed by this license, contact the creator through the contact method listed on the official PowerClash CurseForge project page.
