Player Portals

Create a portals which you can link to any other created portal to teleport between the locations, Would be great for servers or realms
Features
- Portal creation system - lets you create linked portals with custom names
- Portal linking menu - select which portals connect to each other
- Particle-based teleportation - stand in the effect to be teleported
- Persistent links - deleting and recreating a portal with the same name keeps its previous link
Usage Tutorial
- Give yourself the portal menu with
/give @s bridge:portal_menuor grab it from creative. - Create two portals and give them any names you want.
- Use the portal link button to select which portals should connect.
- Stand in the portal’s particles to teleport after a short delay.
If you delete a portal and make a new one with the same name, it will still be linked to the original partner portal.
