Do you want the chainmail armor to be craftable? You're definitely not alone with that thought and that is why this add-on was created. With this add-on you will be able to craft the chainmail armor!
This is a well balanced add-on which lets you craft the chainmail armor. Hopefully it's something which will be added to the vanilla version of Minecraft soon.
It's really good for survival mode in case you don't have enough items to craft other armor types. They are made by using the following crafting recipes.
