Original link https://mcpedl.com/magnificents-mob-plus-addon/ (released in mcpdl, 4 years ago, The page is now updated and synchronized with Curseforge.)
After years of waiting, the addon has been updated. Many thanks to all of you who still had faith. So many things have happened in my life and that of my colleagues that it seemed like an impossible goal to continue the project (plus, every time Mojang releases an update, it causes bugs or breaks the addon code, so many things had to be redone from scratch...) Anyway, everything is over and here we are finally.
Experimental update (there are still details to be finished but it's better to release the addon before something breaks with the new Minecraft update)
It's a stable version, don't worry, if you see any bugs or have any suggestions, please come and talk in one of the 2 discord groups.

Changelogs:
-It's very extensive, preferably better than the addon features, they have been updated
There are things that had to be removed at the last minute like the new villager workbench function, some recipes and the cake blocks....
Feature Mobs:

-Villager (vanilla):
Improved behavior, new exchanges to be balanced and give more use to different items that will be bought and sold; Villagers can now be turned into "New mobs" like Guards and special villagers.
-Golem (vanilla):
Can now heal with blocks and iron nuggets, has different skins depending on the biome, similar to villagers
-Wandering Trader (Vanilla):
Removed and replaced by the Villager trader
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Special Villagers
Special villagers are a new variant of villagers who work in special jobs; you can convert any unskilled villager into a special villager using their corresponding job block

-Beekeeper:
It can spawn naturally in any village, builds a work place only once the first time it is generated, its trades are based on anything related to honey and flowers, uses the new block "Apiary" to work.
-Pyrotechnic:
It can spawn naturally in any village, builds a workspace only once the first time it spawns, its trades are based on anything related to gunpowder and fireworks, uses the new block "Pyrotechnic table" to work.
-Architect:
It can spawn naturally in any village, he builds a great house with 4 beds once the first time he spawns (this is him work area and also a house for himself and any other villagers that don't have a bed) his trades are based on anything furniture related, he uses the new block "Blueprint table" to work.
-Baker:
It can spawn naturally in any village, builds a workspace only once the first time it spawns, its trades are based on anything related to food (not meat as that is the butcher's job, the cook is mostly in charge of buying and selling the new foods introduced in the addon), uses the new block "Cooking table" to work.
-Carpenter:
It can spawn naturally in any village, builds a workspace only once the first time it spawns, its trades are based on anything related to wood and axes, uses the new block "Wood cutter" to work.
-Miner:
It can spawn naturally in any village, builds a workspace only once the first time it spawns, its trades are based on anything related to ores and mining, uses the new block "Mining table" to work. You can also hire them with a "Contract." This will allow the miner to follow you wherever you want, place torches and collect items. In "Mining" mode, they can break ore blocks, and in "TNT" mode, they can place dynamite blocks where you specify (using a target block). You can switch between these modes using an iron pickaxe and TNT.
When you no longer need their services, use a dismissal letter to return them to village mode.
-Lost Miner(New):
It generates naturally in caves; give it a compass to make the miner follow you. If you guide it to a village, the miner will reward you and become a normal miner (but this will not build a structure).
-Freighter(New)
Transform the Nitwits into Freighters villagers with a chest. Once in this mode, you can hire them with an emerald block, and they'll have a large inventory to help you. Once hired, you can alternate between 3 movement modes: in "Follow" mode (using a compass, this is the default) the villager will follow you and pick up any item from the ground; in "Positioned" mode (using a clock) the villager will be completely still; and in "Village" mode (using a campfire), the villager will walk around the village, picking up items wherever he looks and placing them in chests at regular intervals (he cannot place items that are considered weapons or armor).
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Common Guards (Allies)
The guards are villagers who fight and defend their village to the death; they can all be healed with certain types of food, and can be hired with the "Contract," returned to being villagers with a "Letter of Dismissal," or changed to a different guard type with other contracts (see the items section).
-Movement Modes:
Unhired guards will always be near the villages, taking naps or meditating during the day (depending on the type of guard), and will stay close to the Lord.
Once hired, it's possible to change the guards' movement patterns. With a clock, you can set a point for the guard (from where the item was given), where the guard will stay and patrol. With a campfire, the villager will search for the nearest village and patrol it.
You can also make them follow you or not by interacting with them; this will not change their movement pattern.
-Knight:
A melee fighter is able to use their shield and attack with an axe or sword; their shield can be temporarily deactivated when hit with an axe.
-Shieldman:
A melee fighter has lower speed, damage, and range, but compensates by being more effective with their shield. They can push back enemies with each hit if their shield is active. If their shield is inactive, they gain extra damage and speed. Furthermore, when the shield is deactivated, the pushback effect is much greater.
-Warrior:
A melee fighter is unable to use shields, but their damage, range, speed, and attack rate are the highest of all guards; they use axes in combat.
-Tridentman:
A hybrid fighter, its movement in water is better than that of other guards (it cannot swim), its attack is melee, but if its target is underwater or is a Vex, the guard will throw its trident.
-Archer:
A ranged attacker, with his bow he can shoot from a great range, he is capable of using poison or slowness arrows, you can change the type of projectile by giving him a normal arrow, a slowness arrow or a poison arrow (basic versions)
-Crossbowman:
A ranged attacker can use their crossbow to load arrows with greater power; they cannot use arrows with effects, but they can use firework rockets. You can alternate between classic arrows or a firework rocket simply by giving them the item you want.
-Alchemist:
The alchemist throws potions at his enemy and can choose the type of effect that will most harm his target. He can also heal villagers within a small radius with potions. He can also drink potions for his own benefit.
-Mage:
The mage is able to summon souls that fight alongside the villagers; they are something like good Vexes. He is also able to collect and use totems he finds on the ground.
-Awekener:
A mage casting spells at their target can launch thorns that emerge from the ground or bedrock with great area damage; they can also use totems they collect from the ground
-Healer:
This villager is exactly what the other guards need after battles. He can cast spells to heal villagers or the player, and he can also remove Wither, Poison, and Fatal Poison effects from his allies, rewarding them with extra buffs. When injured, the healer throws a smoke bomb to disappear for a few seconds.
-Witcher:
The perfect support for battles, this villager can cast beneficial effects on his allies, granting speed, strength, or invisibility depending on what best benefits them. He can even provide fire resistance if his allies are on fire. He can also remove weakness and slow effects. When the witcher is injured, he takes flight and moves away from danger for a few seconds, casting spells even in mid-air.

-Extra Notes:
-Once hired you can also make them follow you or not by interacting with them; this won't change their movement pattern, you can also give them a mob tied with a rope.
-You can change the primary weapon of the Archer, Crossbowman, Knight, Warrior, and Dark Warrior (more on that later in the post).
You can change the armor (including helmets) of guards who already have it.
-It's important to note that if you transform a guard, they will neither keep nor drop their equipment.
-With these changes, it's possible to equip guards with enchanted gear, which will have an effect in combat.
Mini-Boss (Allies)
-Dark warrior:
A formidable berserker, a specialist in melee combat, he uses a mace to attack his enemies in area, is immune to knockback, and can use his mace to nullify fall damage.
-Paladin villager:
A high-ranking guard has a melee or ranged attack depending on how far away the enemy is. He can also use shields.
If he sees a necromancer, wither, behemoth, or warden, he will take out a bell and give off a rush effect, which grants resistance to nearby villagers, guards, and players.
BOSS (Ally)
-Lord/Village Lord (New) Wip:
Chief of the villagers, a just monarch, who protects his villagers from any threat. Be careful when attacking him as he will not hesitate to finish you off. Capable of killing a wither, this great monarch is very powerful. He has different attacks depending on the situation, from an area attack for melee, to attacking with a trident or emeralds if his enemy is too far away.
If there are many rivals nearby, he will stick his sword in the ground and make it shake until the earth rises and hits the rivals. He can also begin to spin with his sword, creating a deadly vortex that will kill almost any threat (he is also immune to damage while performing this attack).
If you give a contract for any profession to a lord, he will approve it and give it to you, once approved you can use it on villagers and guards to change them to the title of the contract
There are two variants:
The village lord, which appears naturally (has a name in gold letters). The village lord cannot be tamed by a player with a contract, nor can he be transformed into another villager.
The player-created lord (to create a lord, you need a lord contract, which you can only obtain from a villager lord as a reward for winning a raid). A player-created lord can be tamed (hired), just like other guards (but once you create a lord, it is impossible to transform him into another guard or villager). his name just says lord in white letters

-Pillager (Vanilla):
New model and texture, in raid the pillagers can now steal items they find on the ground; , they now have a variant that attacks in melee (like the other pillagers, it is stupid and has a hard time attacking well) also now there is a chance that they have a hyena pet (hillena) tied to them
-Evoker (Vanilla):
New texture and model, now can use undiying totems on him, he may spawn with a new pet, the fangalligator
-Vindicator (Vanilla):

New model and texture, now available in three variants: Chef Vindicator, Normal Vindicator and Armored Vindicator.
Chef Vindicator: is slightly weaker but faster, spawn more frequently in mansions.
Armored Vindicator: is slower but stronger and can use shields, spawn more frequently in patrols and raids.
-Witch (Vanilla):
New model and texture, Now she can heal illagers in raid (same as in java) if she is hit by one of her teammates by mistake they will not fight
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
-Iceologer (New):
Based on Minecraft Dungeons but improved.
The Iceologer can not only throw a medium-sized iceberg at you.
He can now also summon icy spikes, which deal damage in a line, and throw several ice cubes that chase his opponents and explode on impact.
All his attacks slow him down. The Iceologer is immune to the freezing effect of powder snow.
Mini-Boss
-Warlock (New):
A powerful support mage, you might think, he is only a support, he can't attack you directly with his magic, what makes him dangerous?
He has great abilities to boost his allies (illagers) with strength, resistance, invisibility, speed, and regeneration effects.
In addition, if a player or any creature other than an Illager is also near him, during the cast of his magic, he will greatly weaken you with slow, weakness, and fatal poison effects.
For now, its drop doesn't work (originally it dropped a new item, the "manuscripts" that were used to make some of its spells)
-Paladin illager:
One of the most powerful and intelligent illagers in the army.
His role is as a commander can spawn in raids, but he can also spawn in patrols.
He can attack his opponent based on distance. If you are too close, he will use an iron axe, and if you are too far away, he will use a crossbow. He also has a shield to protect himself from damage.
If the paladin sees a lord or an iron golem, he will use a horn and blow it, creating a boost effect that grants him and his illager allies the resistance effect.
His main natural spawn was in a new structure, the outpost barracks (for now, the structure does not appear naturally in the world; this will be fixed in an upcoming update).
BOSSES
-Behemoth (New):
A huge Ravager based on the original concept that Monjag had, a "ravager with a crossbow strapped to his back", this devastator has a huge size, is much stronger and the armor on his body is better, he can shoot 3 explosive arrows from his back and is immune to being pushed, his bites are extremely fast, if he detects many enemies near him he will begin to cause earthquakes by jumping or roaring very loudly doing area damage. When defeated for the first time he will fall to the ground, but this is not the end, he is not dead yet, since after a few seconds he will get up using his powerful roar and attack again, being empowered with more damage and speed. (Phase 1 has 180 hp and Phase 2 furious has 40 hp).
-Necromancer (New) Wip:
The boss of the addon, one of the oldest villagers, like the witch, his skin is not gray as he descends from an ancient lineage of exiled villagers. This boss possesses great magical abilities to revive the dead and control them. He can summon bone spikes to launch his enemies through the air, launch explosive charges powered by wither energy, repel enemies with a powerful boomburst, or pull them closer and drain their health to heal himself.
He has three stages in which he grows stronger, these are reflected in the markings on his face and the intensity of his spells.
If the necromancer reaches his final "undead" stage, if you don't kill him within 10 minutes, he will revive, returning to phase 2.
(extremely dangerous, it is recommended to fight with the help of guards or another player)

-Piglin (Vanilla):
Changes in behavior to make them enemies of the illagers.
-Piglin brute (Vanilla):
New model, animation and texture, now has a "brutal" look also now the brute piglins can grab armor they get on the ground and are immune to fire burns and magma block damage (but are not immune to lava) they are also able to break fire by walking on it to prevent other normal piglins from stepping on it and getting burned.

-Hoglin (Vanilla):
Baby hoglins can now be tamed by feeding them golden mushrooms (the golden mushroom alters their adenoids, making their fur lighter and also making them immune to zombification in the overworld). They don't follow you, but they will attack you.
When they grow up, you can ride the tamed hoglin with a devastating saddle and put devastating armor on it.

-Pig:
New model and texture. To ride a pig, you must tame it with golden carrots to be able to mount it (and now, instead of killing them to remove the saddle, you can do it just by touching them with scissors). Tamed pigs can be healed by feeding them carrots, potatoes, beets, and apples.
Now, when a pig is struck by lightning, it doesn't transform into a zombified piglin; it transforms into a new mob, the zombie pig.
-Cow
-Chicken
-Goat
-Bat
-Cat
-Horse
-Donkey
-Mule
-Llama
-Turtule:
New texture
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
-Camel
-mouse
-desert bettle
-Big beetle:
Powerful animal that can be found in savannas and forests, it is aggressive if you get too close to it, it loves apples, you can tame it using them, once tamed it will defend you but will not follow you, you can put a mount on it to get on it and fly temporarily, you can also put horse armor on it so it can better resist blows, if instead of putting horse armor on it you put an elytra on it it will be able to fly infinitely.
-Lady bug:
Small insects that you can get in the forest, they are of various colors, they love to eat aphids, if you give them aphid honeydew they will give you various colors of dye (the color is random).
-Raven:
Are highly intelligent birds that appear in the temperate biomes of the world. These creatures are neutral, love to hunt mouse, rats and greenfly. They are afraid of players and villagers. If you dare to hit one, they will all attack you in groups. They steal crops to eat them 8To keep them away, simply place a carved pumpkin. They will think it's a person and will move away)
They can also be tamed with bread, wheat, and rotten meat. They will perch on your shoulders and help you fight. You can throw a sword at them to help you in combat (they can attack from your shoulders).

-Zombie
-Zombie Villager
-Zombie Illager
-Skeleton
-Zombie Piglin
-Zoglin
//////////////////////////////////////////
-Zombie pig

-Spider (vanilla):
New model, texture, and animation
Spiders now come in three sizes: baby 18 hp, normal 18hp, and large 30 hp (Based on a mother spider, its attacks give a poison effect).
Baby spiders can rarely spawn alone or with their mother in groups of 3 or 4. They can be tamed by feeding them poisonous potatoes. However, be careful: they become aggressive if you attack their mother or if her mother gets angry with you. It is recommended to wait until one of them moves away from the mother before taming them.
When taming a spider, it can be ridden and can climb walls if you hold the jump button while standing close to a wall.
To breed a spider you must have a large spider and a normal one (in this case simulating being a male and a female, since male and female spiders have very different sizes) and they must be surrounded by 6 blocks of spider web or more, once these requirements are met feed your spiders with rotten meat or poisonous potatoes and the female will put a new web from which several baby spiders will be born.
-Cave Spider (vanilla):
New model, texture, and animation
Spiders now come in three sizes: baby 16 hp , normal 26 hp , and large 28hp (Based on a mother spider, its attacks give a fatal poison effect).
When taming a spider, it can be ridden, For now they don't climb walls since we are thinking about another ability for these spiders, since they are smaller they may not have enough strength to climb with a player on their back, but since their venom is stronger, they could have a venom spit attack that you can use while riding them.
The breed of cave spiders is not yet implemented.

This addon is a project that I have been developing for 5 years and I hope you like it. For now, the updates will focus on fixing current bugs and when Mojang finally makes a more stable code for blocks and items, we will move on to the second stage of the addon, focused on Nether.
