PatPat brings the joy of petting to Minecraft Bedrock Edition! Sneak up to mobs or other players, give them a gentle pat, and enjoy adorable hand animations, squishy reactions, sound effects, and floating hearts.
Whether you're hanging out with your favourite cat, giving a villager some love, or patting your friends in multiplayer, there's always time for one more pat. โค๏ธ

๐พ Pat Mobs
Give Minecraft mobs a gentle pat and watch their adorable squishy reactions.
๐ค Pat Other Players
Show your friends some appreciation in multiplayer! Players can configure whether others are allowed to pat them.
โ Custom Patting Hand
Enjoy the hand animation when interacting with your favourite mobs and players.
๐ Heart Particles
Spread some love with optional heart particles whenever you pat a target.
๐ Pat Sounds
Enjoy the included patting sound effects, with an option to turn them off.
๐ฎ No Damage or Knockback
Patting through the supported attack interaction cancels the hit, so you can show affection without dealing damage or causing knockback.

Use the built-in settings menu to customize your experience.
Available options:
- Enable or disable patting.
- Toggle patting sounds.
- Toggle hand and squish reactions.
- Toggle heart particles.
- Allow or disable patting other players.
- Decide whether other players can pat you.

๐พ HOW TO PAT
It's simple!
1. Import the addon into Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
2. Activate the required Behavior Pack and Resource Pack.
3. Enter your world.
4. Sneak and keep your main hand empty.
5. Hit a mob or player, or use the supported interaction controls to give them a pat.
Important: The addon requires an empty main hand and sneaking for the patting interaction.

Open chat and enter:
"/patbr:settings"
Use the settings menu to customize patting, sounds, reactions, hearts, and player interactions.

- Format: ".mcaddon"
- Includes: Behavior Pack and Resource Pack
- Multiplayer: Includes player-patting options; multiplayer compatibility should be tested on your setup.
Compatibility with later game versions may vary.

๐ฅ INSTALLATION
1. Download the latest ".mcaddon" file from the Files section.
2. Open the file with Minecraft.
3. Wait for both packs to import successfully.
4. Open your world settings.
5. Activate the PatPat Behavior Pack and PatPat Resource Pack.
6. Enter your world and start giving out pats!
Back up your world before testing the addon.
