Overended doesnt add much. In fact, it only adds 1 thing (as of version 1): The Overworld End Wastes!

The overworld end Wastes is similar to the normal end Wastes, having end stone and some chorus here and there. In the future, I plan on adding some more content, but for now, that is all!
