Never Break Tools

Protect worn-out vanilla tools and weapons: block use at 10 durability or less and put them away before they break.
What's new
- Protect vanilla tools and weapons at 10 durability or less in Survival and Adventure.
- Block mining, item use and block/entity interactions with worn-out tools.
- Put the selected tool into an empty inventory slot, or select a safe hotbar slot when the inventory is full.
- Preserve the tool's name, enchantments and remaining durability for repair.
- Support tiered tools, swords and spears, plus bows, crossbows, tridents, maces and common utility tools.
- Warn when a tool is put away or no safe slot is available.
- Include English and Russian text, multiplayer support and Vibrant Visuals compatibility.
Notes
- Keep a free inventory slot or a safe hotbar slot available. If the inventory is full and all hotbar items need protection, melee attacks may still wear down a held tool.
- Protection is not guaranteed for actions already in progress or changes made by other add-ons.
- Armor, shields, elytra and third-party items are not protected.
- Repair tools that have been put away through an anvil or by combining compatible tools. Stored tools do not receive held-item Mending repairs.
- Requires Minecraft Bedrock 1.26.50 or newer. No experimental toggles or external add-ons are required.
