What's new

### 1.3.1
- **Fish and axolotl buckets work in dispensers.** The mob comes out and the water now stays too.
- **Dispensers and ice work farther away.** The add-on now watches the same area the game
  keeps running around you (4 chunks by default), so far-off dispensers and melting ice
  no longer get skipped. The closest chunks are checked first.
- **Ticking areas:** dispensers and ice keep working after you walk away, as long as their
  chunk stays loaded.
- Ice you place yourself is picked up right away.
- Still no experimental toggles needed. Works on Bedrock 1.21.90+.
