This is a small patch to address some issues and add Novelty-API support!

Im aware the Orb Ponderer is really weirdly broken, this is a vanilla minecraft issue, though i have a fix planned for a future update, so please be patient, sorry for the inconvinience.

- Added Novelty-API support for Amulets.

- New description text for the Scroll.

- Increased damage of Hellfire

- Reworked Cauterise and Overclock to use a more consistent damage formula.

- Alchatite Ingot recipe now yields 3 ingots rather than 2.

- New particle FX for using a Warp Key

- Fixed an issue regarding the Reforged Spellcrafter.

- Spellcrafters are no longer pushable by pistons.

- Altered Amulets now properly drain health from using Scrolls.
