Take your Minecraft Bedrock explosions to the next level with four original TNT tiers, each featuring its own visual theme, separate placer item, Survival recipe, primed entity, and spherical blast-radius setting.
From the compact 10 Block TNT to the extreme 10,000 Block TNT, this add-on is designed for players who enjoy dramatic demolition, large-scale landscaping, controlled experiments, and powerful custom explosives.
Key Features

- Four distinct TNT tiers with original cyan, lime-green, molten orange-red, and obsidian-purple designs.
- 3D spherical blast-radius settings covering all six directions: east, west, north, south, up, and down.
- Six-direction shockwave animation with an immediate explosion burst and bounded particle effects.
- Polished 128×128 artwork with detailed casing, rivets, highlights, and clear TNT tier labels.
- Flint-and-steel ignition with an approximately four-second fuse.
- Exactly-once detonation handling with duplicate protection, watchdog recovery, and cleanup.
- Creative and Survival support with separate placers and progression-based crafting recipes.
- Bounded block processing using a constant-memory spherical cursor instead of an enormous block queue.
The Four TNT Tiers
10 Block TNT
A compact custom explosive with a requested 10-block spherical radius. Suitable for smaller demolition tasks and controlled testing.
100 Block TNT
A much stronger explosive with a requested 100-block spherical radius, designed for large craters and landscape clearing.
1,000 Block TNT
An extreme experimental tier with a requested 1,000-block spherical radius. Use only in an isolated disposable world.
10,000 Block TNT
The ultimate experimental tier with a requested 10,000-block spherical radius. Its processing is hard-capped, and partial completion is expected.
Important: The tier number represents the requested spherical radius—not the total number of blocks guaranteed to be destroyed.
How Detonation Works
Placement alone never ignites the TNT. Place your chosen block and use flint and steel to begin its approximately four-second fuse.
Each detonation includes:
- One small native blast core with block breaking disabled.
- One immediate explosion burst and sound.
- One bounded six-direction particle shockwave.
- One spherical block-processing worker.
- Duplicate-detonation protection and complete entity, timer, and reservation cleanup.
A failed native core is never automatically retried and does not cause another detonation.
Performance and Processing Limits
Minecraft Bedrock cannot guarantee a complete, same-frame, 10,000-block-radius explosion. MORE TNT therefore uses large scheduled batches with strict processing limits rather than making an impossible promise.
The 10 and 100 tiers can complete full scans under suitable loaded conditions. The 1,000 and 10,000 tiers have hard processing caps, so PARTIAL completion is expected.
Actual removal can also be affected by:
- Unloaded chunks and world boundaries
- Protected or resistant blocks
- Inventory blocks such as containers
- Fluids under the default rules
- Processing, time, unloaded-position, or error limits
The add-on never force-loads chunks or repeatedly creates native explosions to force completion. Upper tiers can still cause severe lag, prolonged freezing, or crashes. Always use a disposable world and keep backups.
Survival Recipes
- 10 Block TNT: Six gunpowder, three redstone, and one vanilla TNT.
- 100 Block TNT: Six gunpowder, four diamonds, and one 10 Block TNT placer.
- 1,000 Block TNT: Four vanilla TNT, four netherite scrap, and one 100 Block TNT placer.
- 10,000 Block TNT: Four nether stars, four netherite ingots, and one 1,000 Block TNT placer.
All four placer items are also available through the Creative inventory.
Installation
- Download
More TNT Addon.mcaddon.
- Open the file with Minecraft Bedrock.
- Create a new disposable test world.
- Activate both MORE TNT by GURJAR — Behavior 1.1.0 and MORE TNT by GURJAR — Resources 1.1.0.
- Confirm that both packs show version 1.1.0 and are active together.
- Obtain a placer from Creative or craft it in Survival.
- Place the TNT, use flint and steel, and move to a safe distance.
Do not mix these packs with older MORE TNT versions. If you are replacing an older installation, deactivate the old packs and fully restart Minecraft before importing this version.
Compatibility
This add-on is designed for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, with a declared minimum engine version of 1.20.80 and stable @minecraft/server 1.10.0 bindings.
The 1.1.0 spherical-radius and texture revision has not yet completed retail runtime testing. Compatibility, complete spherical removal, frame pacing, and performance cannot be guaranteed on every device or Minecraft version.
