Whats up guys racing raftaar here back with another insane behavior pack for your survival worlds. I know you guys love playing minecraft but let us be honest the normal mobs like zombies and creepers get very boring after you get iron armor. They just walk towards you slowly and die. There is no real challenge. I wanted to add a mob that actually makes you angry and makes you want to chase it down. So i coded the Mob Goblin addon. This pack adds different types of sneaky goblins into your world that will literally run up to you and steal your hard earned items straight out of your inventory. It totally changes how you play the game.
How The Stealing Works
So how does this system actually work. When you are just walking around in your world chopping trees or exploring caves there is a random chance a goblin will spawn near you. Night time actually has a higher spawn rate. When one spawns you will hear a weird giggling sound. The goblin will run towards you super fast because they have permanent speed effects and steal items from you. If you manage to kill it you get all your stolen items back plus some extra coins and random drops. But if you are too slow and the goblin escapes after a minute, your items are gone forever bro. So you really have to chase them down the moment you hear them laugh.
The Five Goblin Types
There are five different tiers of goblins in this pack and they get crazy. First is the Common goblin which is pretty easy to kill and steals one item and drops food. Then there is the Rare goblin which steals two items and throws a smoke bomb at you. The smoke bomb literally gives you blindness so you cant see him running away which is super annoying. Then we have the Epic goblin. This guy is a total menace because he can steal the actual sword or pickaxe right out of your hand while you are holding it! He also teleports around like an enderman and spawns two bodyguards to protect him.
Then there is the Legendary goblin who is permanently invisible and drops totems of undying and netherite scraps. But the absolute craziest one is the Golden Goblin. This guy only has a 1 percent chance to spawn. When he spawns the whole server gets a massive title on the screen and his exact coordinates are broadcasted in the chat. It becomes a massive race where everyone on the realm will be running to that location to kill him because he drops unbelievable loot and up to 1000 coins.
Currencies And The Shops
Speaking of coins I added a full economy and shop system just for this addon. If you hold an Emerald in your hand and sneak it opens the main UI menu. Here you can see your total goblin kills, your coins and your longest kill streak. In the menu there are two different shops. The Coin Shop lets you spend your regular coins to buy iron gear enchanted books or even netherite ingots. But there is also a Fragment Shop. You get fragments from killing the rarer goblins. In the fragment shop you can buy custom potions or my favorite item the Goblin Whistle. If you buy the whistle which is basically a goat horn, you can blow it to instantly summon a random goblin to fight. It is great for farming coins.
The Goblin King Boss Fight
I also added a crazy boss fight to this pack to give you an end goal. When you kill exactly 50 goblins the game will spawn the Goblin King boss right in front of you. This guy has three different phases. In phase 1 he just fights you normally with high health. But when you drop his health down he enters phase 2 and summons rare and epic goblins to jump you. If you get him below 50 health he goes into phase 3 berserk mode and gets crazy speed and strength buffs. If you manage to defeat the king you get a massive reward of 500 coins, 50 fragments, netherite ingots and diamond blocks. It is totally worth the grind.
Daily Rewards And Challenges
To keep you coming back to play every day I added a daily login reward system. If you join your world every single day you get a streak and the rewards get better. On day 1 you get some food but by day 7 you literally get a free netherite ingot just for logging in. There are also daily challenges in the menu like catching a rare goblin or recovering 5 stolen items which give you bonus coins when you finish them. I also added a 3 percent jackpot chance on every single kill that just showers you with extra diamonds or fragments randomly. Also the leaderboard in the emerald menu is perfect for multiplayer realms because you can see which of your friends is the top goblin hunter.
Beta APIs Setup
You guys know the drill by now. Because this pack uses dynamic properties to save your coins fragments and daily streaks forever and uses the custom UI menu when you sneak with the emerald, you absolutely must turn on the Beta APIs experiment in your world settings. If you dont turn it on the emerald menu will not open and the goblins wont be able to steal your items properly so please double check that before playing or making a new world.
