Minecraft the upgrade

Minecraft the upgrade is a Bedrock add on built around one idea
take familiar Minecraft gear creatures and nights and push them into something way more powerful dangerous and fun

Every texture in this add on was made by Manonzero
The weapons tools mobs items spawn eggs effects and custom designs were all made for this project by Manonzero to keep the pack looking like it actually belongs in Minecraft while still having its own style

The Upgrader Stone

The Upgrader Stone is the main item behind most of the upgraded gear

To craft one place an Ender Pearl in the middle of the Crafting Table and surround it with 8 Amethyst Shards

Once you have an Upgrader Stone you can upgrade different vanilla weapons and tools by putting the normal weapon or tool in the middle with the Upgrader Stone directly underneath it

Different upgraded gear has completely different abilities instead of simply doing more damage

The Goldwalker Sword lets you cross water and lava and can even turn normal apples and carrots into their golden versions

The Netherflame Sword burns enemies and can launch fire attacks that leave part of the Nether behind

OnGuard turns normal sword attacks into aggressive dash attacks while giving the player extra speed and destroying enemy armor durability extremely quickly

The Grand Mace is built for heavy combat with extended reach powerful slam attacks fall damage protection and its Detonation Mark system that lets you mark multiple enemies and set them all off together

The upgraded pickaxes also change how mining works with abilities including 3x3 mining automatic smelting doubled drops compacted ore blocks magnet mining XP rewards multi tool mining and explosive mining

There are also a few weapons that do not need an Upgrader Stone

The Healing Wooden Sword is crafted using a Wooden Sword and Seeds and slowly heals its wielder while using durability

The Poison Stone Sword is made with a Stone Sword and Spider Eye and poisons enemies it hits

The Double Drop Stone Pickaxe is made using three Stone Pickaxes and gives extra drops while mining

Blood Moon

Every tenth night has a chance to become something much worse

During the Blood Moon the world becomes more dangerous the player gets hungry faster and sleeping will not save you

Normal enemies can be replaced by stronger Blood Moon variants including the Stalker Blood Skeleton Blood Spider Crimson Phantom and the Killager

The Stalker is a twisted Creeper that leaves Wither and Slowness behind when it explodes

Blood Skeletons hunt players with crossbows and poisoned shots

Blood Spiders climb walls walk across water and fire webs from a distance to slow and trap players

Crimson Phantoms tear through the night sky and attack from above

Blood Moon nights can also bring groups of armored Skeleton Riders and stronger Zombie escorts

You can wait for the next Blood Moon naturally or hunt down an Elite Warden and obtain a Crimson Crystal

The Crimson Crystal is a one use item that allows you to start another Blood Moon whenever you are ready

The Killager

The Killager is one of the rarest enemies in the add on

It can appear during Blood Moons and can rarely join large raid battles

Instead of rushing the player nonstop it fights like a commander

It throws baby Zombies summons waves containing Zombies Husks Bogged and Skeletons and uses ranged dark attacks to pressure the player

After taking enough hits the Killager performs its summoning animation and calls in the Elite Warden

Elite Warden

The Elite Warden is a mini boss designed to be more dangerous than a normal Warden

It has extremely high health brutal melee damage strong knockback wall breaking power and a devastating aimed blast

When it begins targeting you a red lock on effect follows your position showing where the attack is being aimed

It does not constantly spam the blast and will normally try to close the distance and fight you directly before using another ranged attack

Defeating one rewards the player with the Crimson Crystal and can also reward an Upgrader Stone

New Creatures

Not everything added is trying to kill you

Pink Allays can appear in forest areas and give nearby players Regeneration while weakening hostile mobs

Zombies are scared away from them and Pink Allays can breed with normal Allays to create either a blue or pink baby

Pink Dolphins behave like normal Dolphins and can appear naturally among them

They swim with players give swimming assistance and cannot survive forever outside of water

Hornets are larger and more aggressive than Bees

They do not poison but they move faster hit harder search for flowers to regain energy and actively hunt Bees

Bees will fight back together when Hornets attack

Hornet Nests can appear in cave corners and act like small Hornet spawners while players are nearby

Breaking a nest can cause the Hornets around it to immediately become aggressive

Built to keep growing

Minecraft the upgrade is meant to make exploring fighting mining and surviving feel different without turning Minecraft into a completely different game

There are secrets special gear dangerous events friendly creatures rare enemies and plenty of abilities to discover

You will also receive an in game guide book explaining important systems and the world can even answer questions such as how many days until blood moon

And this is only the beginning
