Localization

• Added: RP/texts/de_DE.lang, ported from the German translation (de_de.json) that the Java mod added in Advanced Netherite 2.4.3. The language was already declared in RP/texts/languages.json but the file itself was missing, so German clients fell back to untranslated keys. Covers the 4 blocks, 4 ingots, 20 armor pieces, 24 tools and weapons, all tooltips and all 12 advancement titles and descriptions, with the keys rewritten from the mod's item.advancednetherite.* namespace to Bedrock's item.lsan:*.name form
• Note: The config.* entries are kept in English because they are untranslated in the mod's own de_de.json. The addon-only keys (lsan.menu.*, lsan.msg.*, lsan.welcome.*, item.lsan:config) have no counterpart in the Java mod and are left in English as well
