To claim land
Crouch and break** the ground with a stick.
Do the same for the opposite corner.
**next update will include hitting the ground, not breaking

To expand land
Break the corner block directly outside of your claim.
Expand by doing the same with the opposite corner, further from your current land claim.

Land claims are customisable by toggling what you want allowed.
Add guests so specific players can interact with your build.
Set custom welcome and goodbye messages.
Find the coords of your land claim - never get lost!

Admins have full access to player land claims.
They can add blocks to your claim allowance, and remove your claim entirely.
