ItemSend

An Add-on to Send items to your Friends!

Item Send

Send items straight from your inventory to a friend's with one simple command. They accept, and it's delivered instantly.

No currency, no shop blocks, no mailboxes, no chests. Type the command, your friend gets a popup, and the items move the moment they accept.

Command

/send <player> <item> [amount]
Part What it does
<player> The player who will receive the items
<item> Any Minecraft item (e.g. minecraft:diamond)
[amount] (Optional) How many to send

Replying to a request

The receiver gets a chat message and a popup with Accept and Decline buttons. If they close the popup, they can reply with:

Command What it does
/sendaccept Accept the most recent request
/senddecline Decline the most recent request

Examples

  • /send Steve minecraft:diamond Asks to send all of your diamonds to Steve.
  • /send Steve minecraft:diamond 512 Asks to send up to 512 diamonds, gathered from anywhere in your inventory, not just one stack.
  • /send Alex minecraft:iron_ingot 64 Asks to send 64 iron ingots to Alex.

Leave the amount off and the add-on offers everything you have of that item.

How it works

  1. You run /send. Nothing leaves your inventory yet.
  2. The receiver sees who is sending what, with Accept and Decline buttons.
  3. On Accept, the items move straight into their inventory.
  4. On Decline, or if the request runs out of time, everything stays with you.

Features

  • Accept or decline: nobody receives items they didn't agree to.
  • Popup with buttons: a clean Accept / Decline screen, plus chat commands as a backup.
  • Real slash command: works just like /give, with autocomplete for players and item names.
  • Multi-stack support: sending 512 items? It pulls them from every slot in your inventory automatically.
  • Send everything: skip the amount to offer your whole supply of an item.
  • Safe transfers: nothing is ever deleted or duplicated. Everything is re-checked at the moment of acceptance, and if the receiver's inventory fills up, the rest stays with you.
  • Auto-expiry: requests expire after 2 minutes if nobody replies.
  • Clean cancellation: if either player leaves the world, the request is cancelled and the other player is told.
  • Clear feedback: action bar messages, chat messages and soft sounds keep both players informed.
  • Any player can use it: no operator permissions needed.
  • No cheats required: works in survival worlds with cheats off.
  • No experiments required: the "Beta APIs" toggle is not needed.

Installation

  1. Download ItemSend.mcaddon and open it on a device with Minecraft Bedrock installed. It imports automatically.
  2. Open your world settings, go to Behavior Packs, and activate Item Send.
  3. Load into your world and use /send. That's it!

Manual install: if your file manager won't open .mcaddon files, rename the file to .zip, extract it, and move the BP folder into games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/.

Updating from an older version? Remove the old Item Send pack from your world first, then activate the new one.

Compatibility

  • Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.26.5x (also works on slightly older versions)
  • Built on the stable Custom Command API, so it works without beta features.
  • Available to all players in the world, not just operators.

Troubleshooting

  • /send doesn't show up in chat suggestions? Make sure the behavior pack is activated for that world.
  • /send doesn't work but /ninja:send does? Another add-on registered a command with the same name. Use /ninja:send, or let me know in the comments.
  • No popup appeared? If you have chat or another screen open, the popup waits until you close it. You can also use /sendaccept or /senddecline at any time.
  • Still stuck? Check the content log (Settings > Storage > Content Log) and share the exact error text in the comments.

Notes

  • You can't send items to yourself.
  • Each player can have one waiting request at a time.
  • If the receiver has several requests waiting, /sendaccept and /senddecline reply to the most recent one.
  • Only players can run the commands (not command blocks or the console).
