Description

InCoopDialog

The multiplayer companion for InnerVoice: Player Monologue.

⚠️ This add-on REQUIRES the base pack, InnerVoice: Player Monologue, to also be active. It won't do anything on its own — think of it as the social expansion layer on top of your character's inner monologue.

Playing solo, InnerVoice gives your character a whole inner world of fear, sarcasm, and survival instinct. InCoopDialog gives that same character the ability to actually notice, react to, and talk with the other players standing right next to them.

🗣️ What it adds

Your character actually acknowledges other players:

A friendly greeting when another player gets close

Reacts when someone joins or leaves the world

Reacts to being attacked by another player — PvP gets its own dedicated dialogue, distinct from fighting a mob

A distinct reaction (for both sides) when one player defeats another in PvP

Real back-and-forth conversations:

When two players meet, sometimes (not every time — it stays natural) their characters will have a full multi-step conversation instead of just a one-line greeting: casual small talk, proposing to team up, or warning each other about nearby mobs

Conversations gracefully stop early if either player wanders off mid-chat

Teamwork that feels earned:

Take down a hostile mob while another player is nearby, and both characters acknowledge the assist

Defeat a boss together (Ender Dragon, Wither, Warden, Elder Guardian) and get a much bigger, more excited reaction than a regular kill

If a nearby player's health drops critically low, your character notices and worries out loud

Shared moments, not just solo ones:

Entering the Nether or The End together gets a "let's stick together" variant instead of the solo reaction

Nightfall while you're near a friend prompts your character to suggest building shelter together

Eavesdropping on nearby chat:

Your character "overhears" and reacts to chat messages from players within earshot — greetings, farewells, calls for help, thanks, insults, and laughter all get picked up and reacted to

⚙️ Settings

Has its own ⚙️ Settings entry in the pack list:

Enable/disable all multiplayer reactions

Toggle chat eavesdropping specifically, independent of everything else

Display options (hotbar/chat/both), voice, and language are shared automatically with whatever you've already set in InnerVoice — no need to configure anything twice.

🔊 Voice & Language

Reuses the same voice system and language support (English, Bahasa Indonesia, Español, Português, Русский) as the base pack, so it feels like one continuous character, not a bolted-on extra.

⚠️ Before you install

Just like the base pack, activating this add-on disables Achievements for that world — a platform-wide requirement for any third-party Bedrock behavior pack with scripts, not specific to this mod.

📥 Requirements

InnerVoice: Player Monologue must also be installed and active

Minecraft Bedrock, a recent version (uses Script API @minecraft/server)

No experimental toggles required
