Description

3 minutes. That's all you get. Grab what you can, because the moment that timer runs out, something spawns and the chase begins. It doesn't rest, it doesn't give up, and it only gets stronger the longer you stay alive.
This is a solo manhunt challenge. No friends required. A Hunter tracks you across every dimension, adapts to how you fight, and upgrades as the run goes on. Your only real escape is killing the Ender Dragon.

How It Works
The 3-minute countdown starts when the world loads, with chat warnings at 2 minutes, 1 minute, 30 seconds, and every second from 5 down to 1. After that, the Hunter spawns 20 to 30 blocks away. Kill it and you get 60 seconds of breathing room before it respawns. Get more than 70 blocks away and it teleports to catch up. Cross into the Nether or the End and it follows you there too.

Gear Progression
Every 8 minutes of active chase time it upgrades. The tier counter on your HUD always shows where it's at.
| TIER | EQUIPMENT | EFFECTS |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | Leather Chest, Iron Sword | — |
| 1 | Full Copper, Copper Sword | — |
| 2 | Full Chainmail, Iron Sword | Speed I |
| 3 | Full Iron, Diamond Sword | Speed I, Resistance I |
| 4 | Full Diamond, Diamond Sword | Speed I, Resistance I, Strength I |
| 5 | Full Netherite, Netherite Sword | Speed II, Resistance II, Strength I |
On death it drops 2–6 arrows, a chance at a damaged iron sword, and 1–3 bottles of enchanting.

It Doesn't Just Walk At You
• If you're elevated or out of reach, it draws a bow and keeps moving toward you at the same time. Switches back to sword once it closes the gap.
• Barricade yourself and it can mine through dirt, stone, and planks (when mobGriefing is on), up to 4 blocks every 30 seconds. If that doesn't work, it teleports to a firing position instead. Obsidian shelters stop both.

Good To Know
• The run timer counts everything: prep, chase, and respawn waits. It pauses when no eligible player is online and resumes when one joins back.
• Hunter tier only advances during active chase time, not during the prep countdown or respawn cooldown.
• In multiplayer, the Hunter targets the first living Survival or Adventure player. Works on existing worlds too.
