Add clear, readable mob health to your world with no resource pack and no commands. It works for every player on the server and doesn't touch name-tagged pets or custom-named mobs.

Mob Health Hearts

Always know how much damage a mob can still take. Mob Health Hearts displays a live health counter above every mob, in the format ❤ 7/10: hearts remaining out of the mob's maximum hearts.

Features

  • Live health display on all mobs, updated several times per second
  • Shows remaining and maximum hearts (1 heart = 2 HP)
  • Works within 48 blocks of each player
  • Respects name tags: mobs you've named keep their custom names
  • Skips players, the Ender Dragon and the Wither, so their boss bars and names stay clean
  • Lightweight script-only pack, with no resource pack required

 

Requirements

  • Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.0 or newer

Installation
Add the pack to your world under Behavior Packs, then load the world. A green "script loaded and running" message in chat confirms it's active.
