Future Anomalies brings mysterious rifts from the future into the world of Minecraft. Strange anomalies scatter across the world, corrupted terrain with Flux energy. Players must harvest new resources, craft alloys, and stabilize anomalies to unlock futuristic technology, machines, and powerful tools. This addon blends survival progression with sci-fi elements, creating a unique journey through a fractured future.
Anomalies
Strange rifts scattered across the world. Hitting them up to 30 times can drop resources (with a chance of nothing), but they deal damage and push you back unless you’re equipped with Chrono Metal Gear. The Anomalies disappear after 5 minutes.

Anomaly Drops:
- Flux Dust (30%)
- Flux Fragment (12%)
- Bionic Chitin (3%)
- Nothing (55%)
You can make these anomalies remain in your world forever if you use flux inhibitors.
Flux Inhibitor

This block prevents anomalies from disappearing, and every 5 minutes the anomaly drops will become available again.
To be able to do this, you need to surround an anomaly with 4 inhibitors. Each inhibitor must have a reinforced chrono metal block underneath it. (As shown in the image)

(The block below the anomaly is not necessary)
Once each inhibitor is activated, the anomaly will remain in that location until it is captured or an inhibitor is removed.
To craft the inhibitor, you first need to make an iron conductor pole.

Chrono Metal Capsule
Can anomalies be captured? Yes. To do so, you must have an anomaly with 4 inhibitors, and you can capture it with a chrono metal capsule.
You can place this capsule wherever you want, or you can release the anomaly by placing it while crouching.

These capsules are very important for bringing anomalies to your research stations. And maybe... teleporting yourself?
Teleportation system
Anomalies now allow you to create a system of portals. To do this, you must first capture them (if you don't know how, read the previous sections). These portals are called Anchor Points, which you can create throughout the world. Each anchor point will have the name you assign to it.
This is what you need to be able to make each anchor point:

Let's start with the simplest part. At this point, you should already have an anomaly captured.
Now you need to create the portal structure. You will need exactly:
- 15 blocks of Reinforced Chrono Metal.
- 8 stairs of Reinforced Andesite
The structure should look like this:

Now, you must craft the Flux Anchor Point block and place it on top of the capsule containing the anomaly.

Once you place it, you must interact with the block. If the portal structure is correct, it will ask you for the name of the anchor point. Otherwise, it will display a message warning you about the portal structure.

Once you have entered the name, whenever you interact with the block, it will tell you the name of that anchor point.
But how do I make it work? You need the Anchor Terminal.

This terminal will detect the nearest anchor point within a radius of 7 blocks. If you placed it close enough, you will be able to access its interface and choose the portal's destination. And no, you cannot teleport to the same portal.

Once the destination is confirmed, the portal will activate and be ready to teleport you.

To teleport, you must stand on the flux anchor point block and wait 5 seconds while inside the portal frame.
You can decorate the portal but not cover its interior.
You can create as many portals as you want.
If you want to remove an anchor point from the registry, you just have to destroy the capsule containing the anomaly.
Basic Resources
Flux Dust
Flux dust is the addon's main source of energy. Is used to recharge Chrono Metal gear through the Flux Infuser.

Flux Fragment
Important resource for creating tools and other items.

Bionic Chitin
A mysterious organic resource with future uses.

Chrono Metal Alloy
Crafted with iron nuggets and flux fragments. Smelting it gives Chrono Metal Plates, which can be combined (3 plates) into a Chrono Metal Ingot.

Chrono Metal Ingot
New ingot crafted with 3 chrono metal plates. Used to make armor, tools, and more.

Reinforced Chrono Metal Block

Reinforced Andesite

Anomaly Compass
This compass helps you locate nearby anomalies. When you use it, it gives you the location of the nearest anomaly.

Recipe

Proto-Stabilizer
This stabilizer is important for crafting chrono metal armor and chrono metal arm.

Chrono Metal Arm
Can be used in both hands. Absorbs anomaly damage and grants +2 attack damage when in off-hand. It has a base damage of 4. It does not break and can be charged in the flux infuser. When using it, you will see the current durability in the tooltip. Can be enchanted.

Recipe

Chrono Metal Armor
Wearing the full set reduces knockback from anomalies by 50%. It does not break and can be charged in the flux infuser. When using it, you will see the current durability in the tooltip. It combines very well with the chrono metal arms.

Chrono Metal Chestplate

Chrono Metal Leggings

Chrono Metal Boots

Chrono Metal Tools
A new set of tools slightly more durable than iron.
- Chrono Metal Sword (384 durability)
- Chrono Metal Pickaxe (348 durability)
- Chrono Metal Axe (348 durability)
- Chrono Metal Shovel (348 durability)
- Chrono Metal Hoe (348 durability)

Flux Infuser
A futuristic machine that restores Chrono Metal gear using Flux Dust. In the first slot, place the item to be repaired and below it, place flux dust. It will gradually be repaired. The red button will turn green when it is in operation, and the repaired item will be visible inside the block.

Flux Bridge Projector
With this block, you can create flux bridges. To do this, you must place the projectors facing each other at a maximum distance of 16 blocks. To activate them, simply interact with 1 and the bridge will be made.

Fluxed Wasteland Biome
A desolate biome with waste sludge, gray skies, fog, and massive Osichite rocks. Breaking Fluxed Osichite yield Flux Fragments. (Currently, anomalies only generate in caves here due to a bug). The biome is located near deserts
