Changes:
- Settings are now saved per player. Your FPS settings (hide, background, format, position, min/max) are no longer reset when you quit and rejoin the world.
- Bottom_middle position moved up so the FPS counter no longer overlaps the hotbar. It now sits above the hearts, hunger and armor rows.
