Everything in a Bucket Feature Overview

Configuration and Customization You can easily configure the Add-On in-game using the Settings Bucket item. Simply right-click/use the item to open a clean user interface where you can toggle features, adjust capture requirements, and even customize the lore format on your buckets.

Mob Capturing

• Catch Everything: Capture almost any vanilla mob simply by interacting with them while holding an empty bucket. You can configure the addon to require sneaking to prevent accidental catches.
• Boss Mobs: Enable boss capturing in the settings and use a special Boss Bucket to catch powerful entities like the Ender Dragon, Wither, Warden, or Elder Guardian.
• Custom Mobs Support: Playing with other Add-Ons? Use the Empty Custom Bucket to catch entities from other mods. You can even filter and toggle exactly which custom entities are allowed to be captured via a built-in search menu!

Data Preservation & Immersion

• Perfect Entity Saving: The Add-On saves the exact state of the mob. Health, baby status, tamed status, collar colors, and specific variants are perfectly preserved and restored when you place the mob back down.
• Detailed Bucket Lore: When you capture a mob, the filled bucket displays detailed information in its lore, including the mob's name, ID, current/max health, age, and tame status. You can customize what info is shown or turn it off entirely.
• Immersive Sounds & Costs: Play splashing sounds when catching or releasing mobs, and configure whether an empty bucket should be consumed upon capture.

Quality of Life

• Entity Info (WAILA): Enable the "Show Entity Info" feature in the settings to display the name, ID, and exact health of any entity you are currently looking at right above your hotbar.

Items Overview

• Settings Bucket: Opens the configuration menu. Can be given to new players automatically on join.
• Boss Bucket: Specifically reinforced to hold boss entities.
• Empty Custom Bucket: Used to capture unknown entities added by other Add-Ons.
• Filled Buckets: Over 80+ unique bucket items for every vanilla mob!
