Ender Dragon Practice

A Minecraft Bedrock add-on for timed Ender Dragon practice.

Use fixed kits for consistent conditions, then submit your clear time with a short 8-character verification code on the A-Perion web page for automatic leaderboard entry.

Made by A-Perion (A-Perion HQ). Ships as a .mcaddon with both Behavior Pack + Resource Pack.

Who it's for

• Practice Ender Dragon RTA (one-cycle, bed bomb, crystal bow, etc.)
• Time runs with the same fixed gear every attempt
• Optionally compete on a web leaderboard

Features

• 8 fixed kits (one-cycle, bed bomb, crystal bow, melee clear, and more)
• Bedrock hub spawn → Start opens the portal → instant End entry
• Timer from Start → stops when you return to the Overworld after the dragon falls
• 8-character verification code on clear (for screenshots / submit)
• Menu via compass (optional /edp:menu)
• Solo practice (extra players are forced into Spectator)

Kits (8)

• One-Cycle RTA — Iron + shield, beds / lava / pearls. No enchants
• Diamond One-Cycle — Diamond + potions. No enchants
• Bed Bomb Min — No armor; minimum bed-bomb loadout
• Crystal Bow — Diamond gear. Infinity on main bow only
• Melee Clear — No bow / no beds. Melee + scaffold crystals
• Survival Clear — First-clear style diamond gear
• Netherite Comfort — Strong gear for route practice
• Scrap Challenge — Leather / stone. No beds or pearls

One-cycle kits are unenchanted (Crystal Bow: Infinity on the main bow only). Bed kits include 8 obsidian.

Ranking rules

Valid ranked runs generally require:

• Normal difficulty
• Cheats OFF (Creative etc. also invalid)
• Solo play
• Obvious command abuse (e.g. /kill, /gamemode, /damage) invalidates the run; some cases permanently lock the world
• One death = fail → that world is permanently locked for ranked runs
• Leaving mid-run, forfeit, or clear also locks that world

Practice works offline. Submitting to the leaderboard is optional.

Top-3 caliber runs

For competitive Top-3 times, we strongly recommend attaching a full video (YouTube etc.) covering:

world creation → enable add-on → join world → until the verification code appears.

Runs that skip this may be removed by admins.

How to play

1. Create a world on Normal, cheats OFF
2. Open the .mcaddon and enable BP + RP
3. Join — a bedrock hub is built (portal closed until Start)
4. Open the compass menu → pick a kit → Start
5. Defeat the dragon → return to the Overworld → note your time and 8-character code
6. Submit kit, time, and code on the special page

Tip: leave and re-enter the world after updating scripts so changes reload cleanly.

Requirements

• Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.50+
• No Beta APIs experiment required (stable Script API)
• Internet only needed to submit / view rankings

Notes

• The verification code is a submit token, not cryptographic anti-forge. Suspicious runs may be deleted.
• Roughly one ranked attempt per world (clear, fail, leave, or forfeit locks it).
• Early release — details may change in updates.
